Keegan Bradley looks ready for captain US This year’s Ryder Cup won the Travelers Championship with one stroke of Tommy Fleetwood and Russell Henry after Sunday’s clutch performance.
Bradley had a crowd at TPC River Highlands, hysterical on hole 18. PGA Tour campaign.
It was pretty surprising to see Bradley have this opportunity in the first place as Fleetwood built a three-shot lead towards Sunday, but despite being a top 20 golfer in the world, he got two overs as his first PGA Tour victory continued to hint at him.

Meanwhile, Bradley stepped up to 1 under, the 18th teebox shooter. This was thanks to a Putt’s absolute bomb from 64 feet discharged in Green No. 15. That gave him a share of the lead at 14 under the tournament.
Bradley hit the perfect drive with 18, setting himself up with a 138-yard approach shot, hoping to win for birdie chances.
That’s exactly what happened. That’s exactly what happened as he bouncing within 6 feet of the cup and watching his shot all the way to the green as he bouncing off. Fleetwood bogeyed 16th place on par 3, opening Bradley’s door to make three putts for a bogey, then pushing the eight-footer in his second attempt to save PAR and force the playoffs.
Seeing Fleetwood missed that putt, Bradley stepped into the ball and sank him for the victory, yelling loudly along with many in the crowd.
“Of all the shots and all the putts I’ve hit, I think I remember it the most,” Bradley told CBS.

Meanwhile, Fleetwood was naturally “stomped” after occurring on the course as he is the most top 10 finish on the PGA Tour without any wins than golfers of the past 40 years.
“I’m angry…it hurts,” he said after the round.
It was because the Ryder Cup was on the horizon that made this a vital battle between Bradley and Fleetwood. It’s held at Bethpage Black, and Bradley is the captain of Team USA, but Fleetwood is always playing European Rider Cup squad.
This shows his ability to do so if he wins Bradley’s eighth PGA Tour and wants to be a play captain in this year’s Ryder Cup. He joined the world’s 21st golfer this week in the world’s golf rankings. He is pushed into the top 12 in the Ryder Cup standings with this victory at the TPC River Highlands.

The top six of the rankings after the BMW Championship have won automatic bids for the Ryder Cup team, but Bradley has the authority to select himself as the team’s captain’s choice.
If Bradley plays in the Ryder Cup, he will be his first play captain since the legendary Arnold Palmer in 1963. The last captain of Team USA was Tiger Woods of the 2019 President’s Cup.
