In a heartfelt statement from the time, Alec said, “I want to give her and my family more time than this job allows.” This decision reflects his unwavering commitment to his family despite Sally leading a highly successful stint. During his tenure, the club flourished. He won four county championship titles, including three consecutive dominant runs from 2022 to 2024.
