Sarah, Rice and Fernandez on the list
Liverpool forward Mohamed Sarah leads the six player nominee list for the Professional Football Players Association’s Men’s Player of the Year Award.
Sarah once again made an impact on the Reds as she scored 29 goals and added 18 assists.

Earlier this year, he was selected as a football player by the Association of Soccer Writers.
He is on the list by teammate Alexis Mac Alistair, Arsenal’s Declan Rice, Chelsea’s Cole Palmer, Newcastle striker Alexander Isaac and Manchester United midfielder Bruno Fernandez.
Palmer won the PFA Men’s Young Player of the Year Award from 2023-24. He was undoubtedly going to hit the Blues Heights last season, but he still scored 15 goals, helping Chelsea win the Conference League.
Rice starred in the middle for Arsenal, achieving a career-high nine goals while adding 10 assists in 52 appearances in all competitions.
This year’s awards ceremony will be held in Manchester on August 19th.
