Scotus must stop the lawless obstruction of leftist judges on Trump’s agenda

Trump takes him down to Judge Boasburg, “extreme levitator” for stopping violent illegal aliens from the country

He has not stolen the legislative powers of Parliament under Article 1, nor has he stolen the powers of Article 3, Article 3, Article III. President Trump is exercising his core executive power under Article 2. With the American people and Congress on his side, the radical activist judge issued absurd, illegal, and even dangerous injunctions to obstruct the officially elected president and his administrative team.

Two of the worst, lawless and dangerous orders were taken over by a Democratic activist judge.

District of Columbia Judge Amir Hattem Maddi Ali, a Biden appointee and foreign citizen who was barely stuck through confirmation at the Ram Duck session after the Democratic election defeat, ordered the government to issue a check with nearly $2 billion in foreign aid in the president’s national security review. This means that the President, as Commander and Chief Executive, cannot fulfill his constitutional obligation to care about the faithful enforcement of our laws. Judge Ali doesn’t want President Trump to not provide funding. For example, terrorists (like Hamas) who kill Americans under the guise of foreign aid (for example, for Gaza).

Supreme Court Judge John Roberts and Associate Justice Amy Connie Barrett joined three liberal colleagues and refused to stop obstructing the judicial presidency. This has only bolded other Democratic activist judges.

However, before March 3rd, judicial sabotage finally surpassed Rubicon. President Trump, a brutal Venezuelan gangster who terrorized multiple American cities, to fight Tren de Aragua, a designated foreign terrorist group, a Venezuelan gangster who has evoked unused laws that have been featured in books for more than two centuries. He correctly declared that Tren de Aragua had invaded our country and engaged in violence in cooperation with the socialist Venezuelan government. Salvador President Naive Buquere agreed to obtain custody of the terrorists in Tren de Aragua and to house them in their own country’s safe prisons, and the US paid the costs.

Unfortunately, like many recent ice attacks, news of the plan leaked to the press and the detective-loving community. The left-wing lawyer rushed to Washington in the DC courtroom of federal judge James Boasberg, appointed by Obama. Without the necessary procedures including discovery, Boasberg aims to authenticate the plaintiff’s class. All non-citizens are subject to the declaration. He then argued that they would ban their deportation and told the Justice Department lawyer that if the plane was in the air they would need to turn around.

In fact, the plane was in the air but did not turn. Instead, they landed in El Salvador. President Bucchere even untold Boasberg, posted, “Oops…too late,” followed by a laughing emoji. Boasberg’s order required that more than 200 terrorists be revived immediately, except for the security measures needed for the US to offload them. Boasberg’s actions were not judicial review. They were judicial obstruction. This reckless exposure puts the lives of America and the Alliance in serious danger. He lawlessly ordered the president to turn around a plane full of terrorists without knowing the fuel level, security needs, or required operational footprint, to halt the mission and bring more than 200 hardened criminals back to American soil, without knowing the fuel level, security needs, or required operational footprint. The operation was carefully planned by the Salvadoran military, intelligence reporting agencies, and law enforcement agencies awaiting these terrorists. Did Boasberg expect that the same operational footprint would suddenly become available in US soil to handle these terrorists?

Furthermore, Boasberg’s orders undermine the president’s ability to engage in diplomacy with foreign leaders. If activist American judges knew they would hamper, survive and publicly humiliate the operation, why would foreign leaders risk engaging in high-stakes operations with the president? While federal judges in Texas (where planes take off) may have the power to consider habeas stakes from El Salvador, Boasberg has no power to expose and disrupt ongoing military operations.

The president’s response to this strange order is not a threat to the rule of law. What’s dangerous and illegal is the order itself. It is now time to retreat from the cliff, and a wise judge must lead the way. As commander, the president had a constitutional obligation to land those planes and turn those terrorists from America into hell.

With a 2-1 split decision, the DC circuit refused to take Boersberg’s lawless and dangerous order. Boasberg is now even more encouraging, and he is setting up a show cause hearing this Thursday to decide whether or not to hold Trump officials at court’s light empty.

The Trump Justice Department has filed an emergency petition with the Supreme Court. Supreme Court Justice Roberts ordered a briefing and the court will govern in the next few days. The interest cannot be high. If Roberts refuses to sort out the judicial home by suppressing these judicial obstruction, Congress will do it for him. Senate Attorney General Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) and R-UTAH Senator Mike Lee have introduced bold reforms in federal judiciary. Many others in the House and Senate are followed by many others, including aggressive oversight, ethical reforms in the Supreme Court, reduced jurisdiction in the DC District Court, reduced funding, and many other necessary forms. When federal judiciary loses legitimacy, everything is lost.
