The government is expected to close the lawsuit Sean “Diddy” comb Monday after more than six weeks of testimony from many witnesses.
Ju-referee’s choice As the rapper’s sex crime trial began on May 5, prosecutors will call the last witness to the stands on Friday, on Friday, after hearing Diddy’s former assistant, “drug rapa” Brendan Paul, to testify about the time he is employed by the founder of Bad Boy Records.
Diddy’s legal team led Mark Agnifilo and Jelagosinitially noted that it would take more than two weeks to sue their case, but last week he told Judge Arun Subramanian that he might be able to take a break by Tuesday or Wednesday.
Even as the trial is approaching the end, former federal prosecutor Mohammad’s Ramani He admitted that there were lingering questions remaining in the case, including questions about the disappearance of key witnesses.

“What happened to Gina, who was victim 3 in the indictment? The government said they couldn’t get her and she didn’t testify,” Ramani said. “Was she feared, was she so embarrassed that she was rewarded by combs, or was there another reason for not following the summons?
There were no allegations in the court that Didi threatened or paid witnesses to not testify.
Ramani also wondered whether Didi’s Chief of Staff Christina “KK” Khorram was not called to testify. Brendan Paul testified on Friday that KK “is essentially running a company.”
During the testimony of summary witness Anaya Sankar, the ju judge was given a text message Diddy’s ex-Cathy Ventura KK on May 2, 2017. Cathy told KK that the “Last Night” singer locked the door and dragged her into her hair.
“What happened to Gina, who was victim 3 in the indictment? The government said they couldn’t catch her and she didn’t testify.”
More text messages between Cathy and KK dated April 20, 2018 showed that Cathy was taking the violence and saying he could not be kicked out of his home. KK said, “I don’t know what else to say, but I’m here…” Kathy wrote:

The ju umpire was then texted between KK and Didi’s recent ex-girlfriend. He testified under the pseudonym Jane. She claimed Diddy forced sex with the male escorts during a “hotel night,” and sometimes sex sessions were recorded.
A text message sent by Jane to KK was shown to the ju apprentice. The judges alleged that Combs was threatening to release tapes of their gender. Jane wrote, “You are the woman of his right master… maybe he will listen to you…”, and was sent a message on February 18, 2024.
“Many people see her as Gislaine Maxwell of Combs because they know where the proverb body is buried,” Ramani told Fox News Digital. “Khorram is actually involved in gender and drug trafficking allegations and could have been charged as a co-conspirator. The government should have leaned against her to turn her over with her former boss. Instead, they read her text message to evidence and gave her a pass.”

Ramani questioned why Diddy’s ex-girlfriends, including Kathy, Mia and Jane, did not leave if they were sexually assaulted and trafficked.
“The government has put expert Dawn Hughes on explaining the psychology of abuse, and that is the biggest issue in the case,” admitted Ramani. “The victims stayed because they wanted the money and fame that comes with being a Combs partner? If so, did they agree to a ‘freak-off’ while it was happening? ”

The decision made by the Ju Court remains the biggest issue in this case. Attorney Nicole Blank BeckerHe, representing R. Kelly, told Fox News Digital that ju-describers, like everyone else, struggle to separate their emotions from the accusation.
“If you look at the actions not only here, but on the video, when you hear about P. Diddy’s horrifying behavior, at one point the ju-decided judge is told “OK.” “The idea that the ju-describers can separate it in their minds is rarely likely if they were told, and it is my understanding that there is a lot of empirical evidence in this case.

“In my experience with R. Kelly, these types of things are often used to show what the government is trying to bring in and show their case, but it definitely brings the emotional side to humans, and sometimes the emotional side.
“The idea that a ju-describer can separate it in his mind is very unlikely, despite what they are being said.”
She said, “If you think he’s a good person or a bad person, you can just imagine the difficulties of going back to another thing when you go back to the juice room. That’s right, as they’re not there. So they’re basically checking off-boxes. If the government did this, did the government check it out?

Becker noted that testimony and evidence could be misunderstood and that the Ju judge must separate emotions from the facts.

“Part of that, I think it was etched,” Becker said. “It’s… it’s really hard to tell yourself, “Okay, I’m not supposed to be emotionally involved in this. I’m just supposed to listen to the law and then put the facts where the law is right.”
“In (R. Kelly’s) case, you can only imagine how difficult it is, and I think that will be another difficult part of Diddy’s case.”
