Second Lady launches summer reading challenge amid declining literacy rates

Second Lady’s Communications Director Nicole Reeves told Fox News Digital that he is extremely excited for Mrs. Vance to unveil the project, hoping to attract younger readers all summer.

“It is essential to encourage young people to continue learning outside of the classroom, and this challenge provides a great opportunity to do so,” added Reeves.
