SpaceX is currently in talks to raise new funds at a $400 billion valuation


SpaceX is looking to raise fresh capital by selling new stocks to insiders in a transaction that will increase its valuation to around $400 billion. Report From Bloomberg.

The company’s strategy is to raise funds through a funding round and hold separate public offerings to allow employees to sell some of the stock to a selected group of investors, an anonymous source told Bloomberg. SpaceX typically holds two bid offers per year.

SpaceX’s rating has steadily risen since the company was founded over 20 years ago. The company broke its $100 billion valuation mark in October 2021, doubled that number just three years later. This latest round represents a big jump from valuation of $350 billion It will be set during the public offering held in December 2024.

The debate is still ongoing and transactions including final prices may change.
