Special Prosecutor admits to admitting mistakes in evidence in Karen murder recovery

Brennan is tasked with overcoming the state’s credibility issues and is also tasked with clean-up after a federal witness admitted to making a false statement to the Great Jue and another person whose resume showed inflated credentials.

“He’s good, but he can only play cards he handles,” said David Gelman, a Philadelphia area defense counsel and former prosecutor. “You can become Johnny Cochran, and that’s not important.”

Jack Lou, a former Massachusetts judge and now a law professor at Boston University, was making special prosecutors more tolerant.

“For an ambitious trial lawyer in-law, it shows even the biggest stumbling,” he told Fox News Digital. “What a tough job.”

Dr. Elizabeth Laposata will return to the stands Tuesday for the second day of testimony as the defense approaches the end of the incident. She testified Monday that O’Keefe’s skull fracture coincided with a posterior drop, but something, presumably a fist, was cut off above her right eye.
