Tarek El Moussa faces possible charges after suspected hotel brawl in Las Vegas

According to a case report filed by the Metropolitan Police Department in Las Vegas and obtained by Fox News Digital, the 51-year-old man — identified only as a “victim” in the document — told authorities that he wanted to sue the charges against Elmussa. Video surveillance reviewed by authorities in accordance with the report shows that El Musa “charged” him and “pushed him in” after witnessing a heated exchange between the man and his father.

According to the incident report, El Musa appeared to have “attacked” the victim with her knee and slay the 51-year-old man on the floor. The reality TV star is said to have “rid on his back” and “throw him with his fist (the victim)’s head and then he gets up and leaves.”
Police said the victim suffered a “purple and reddish” bruise under his right eye, with a half-inch cut in his nose.

Fox News Digital previously confirmed that El Mussa had not been arrested and was cited by the authorities only after the incident.
A few days after the alleged incident, the HGTV star celebrated the family milestone, looking back at the “mistakes” he made over his lifetime.
The “flip or flop” alum took him to social media to share a heartfelt message dedicated to his daughter, Taylor, and headed to high school.
