An unwanted visitor, dressed in black and carrying a cowbell, walked the deputy’s driveway that looked like a mock funeral, before dropping cardboard co props with an inscription on his front door.
Former Walworth County Democratic Chairman Ellen Holly was identified in video footage posted to social media, allegedly walking to Steil’s front door, along with several other components from the previous protests.
