Teofimo Lopez’s Next Battle: Barboza Jr. demands the Battle of Alcatraz
Arnold Barboza Jr. today sent a message to Theofimo Lopez, requiring Jack Qatar to mandate WBO in a 12-round split-decision victory in Manchester title eliminator, before saying he must fight him next at Alcatraz Ta.

Lopez (21-1, 13 KOS) decides whether to defend his WBO light welterweight title against Barboza Jr. (32-0, 11 Kos) or strip him of his belt by VACATE or by authorised bodies. I’ll decide. Turki Al-Sheikh decides who Teofimo will face next.
With a mysterious post from Teofimo On x Today he said this to Torki:
“I am shaking my crazy head, Torki Aralshiv. Nevertheless, I respect your wishes. From one lion to another.”
Some fans believe Tulki told Theofimo he hopes he will fight Barboza Jr. next, and he is unhappy about it. Theo has avoided the talented Barboza Jr. for four years, and has ignored him after moving to 140, focusing on less opposition than the main.
If Turki forces Teofimo to fight him, Jig could potentially advance for him and his career. Top Rank is where Lopez continues to make protective matchmaking, just like Keyshawn Davis.
“Teofimo has his back on the corner. Now I know why he’s been ducking me for the past four years,” Arnold Barboza Jr. said. Ring Magazine Tonight, we’ll talk about how he got trapped after WBO Light Welterweight Champion Theo Fimolopez defeated Jack Cantal in the 140-pound title eliminator and became a must for Theo.
“Now it’s time to hold back, to be silent, to empty, so let’s see what he’s doing. If you put me and Theo in Alcatraz, it’s going to be a great war. I think. It, I’m coming to war. My manager is on it. He’s going to Saudi Arabia and he’s probably going to talk to Torki and see what we can do.” Junior said.
