Teofimo Lopez’s Sparring Clip reveals Shakur Stevenson’s power deficit

Teofimo Lopez posted an old sparring clip and showed that he outlines Shakur Stevenson, who looks slower and more cautious. We were able to see the difference in power and accuracy between Teofimo’s shot and slow Shakur. If the clip shows how the fight happens between them, it would be a discrepancy in Lopez’s favor.

The two fighters have been traveling back and forth between social media since last Friday, when Shakur (24-0, 11 Kos) called him. What will prevent that from happening next? This is not a bluff. Let’s make boxing great again, “Lil Theo.”

Expected pay: Lopez, Stephenson

Lopez later appeared to agree to a fight with Stephenson and said, “It’s okay.” It’s still not known if he’s serious. Even if he is, it takes a lot of work to negotiate the fight. Teofimo (22-1, 13 Kos)’s Turki Alalshikh will need to get a day like payday that is expected to receive for a battle of that size.

Lopez won $10 million in the WBO Light Welterweight Belt title defense against Arnold Barboza Jr. on May 2 at Times Square in New York on May 2. Due to the clash with Shakur, Teofimo is probably hoping for a $15 million neighborhood. Whatever Theo gets, Stephenson will expect similar money.

Stevenson’s Fight Entertainment Value

When it comes to entertainment, Stephenson is not worth paying such a money. Even Shakur’s final battle as he parked his back on the ropes against William Zepeda was not exciting yet. Shakur was primarily trying to stop an incoming fire, and sometimes trying to throw a pot shot of a single punch. It was never a combination.

It would be a shame for fans if Teofimo was just messing around with Shakur. Many of them have already raised their hopes.
