Teraji vs Sandoval, Vargas vs Higa, Rosa vs Takami: Three World Title Fights in Japan on July 30th
The Japanese boxing scene is getting hotter on Wednesday, July 30thTakeken Promotion has lined up the triple world title cards for Yokohama Bantai. Three belts on the line, not a snoozer.
Kenshiro Teraji, Antonio Vargas, Erick Rosa All titles are directed at hungry challengers. And in this style, do not flash.
Teraj returns for another war – can Sandoval ruin his homecoming?
Kenshiro Teraji (25-1, 16 kos) He returned after a wild comeback victory over Seigo Yuri Aki in March. He has power, grit, world title experiences, but don’t sleep Ricardo Sandoval (26-2, 18 kos).
Californians have quick hands and zero respect. He had not flew to Japan for a photo shoot. He’s coming to crack the teraji in his mouth. Both love tears, so forget about footwork and game plans. Heavy shots, no defense, and expect someone to go down to round four.

Vargas and Higa both throw bombs – someone bumps into the deck
Battle of Bantamweight Antonio’s misery (19-1-1, 11 Kos) and Daigo Higa (21-3-2, 19 KOs) Maybe they’ll steal the night. Vargas has speed and sharp boxing, but he has been dropped before. Eel? He appears to move forward and crush the broke quickly.
Vargas wants to keep it clean. Higa wants confusion. Styles collide, fists fly, and fans win either way. When this is completely 12, it’s a shock.
Rosa and Takami put 0 on the line
Dominican slick star in a light flyweight title fight Eric Rosa (8-0, 2 Kos) Meet the undefeated Japanese puncher Kyosuke Takami (9-0, 7 KOs). Rosa has a deep amateur background and already holds world titles in two divisions. Takami is young, strong and confident. He called for a round six KO on the presser.
Rosa shrugged, but the tension was real. Classics of this: Speed vs. Power, Pressure and Poise. It could turn into a proper scrap.
