Terrence Crawford lands in Las Vegas for a press conference for Canelo Alvarez

Terrence Crawford landed in Las Vegas today with trainer Brian “Bomac” McIntyre, a few days away from a press conference with Canelo Alvarez at T-Mobile Arena on Friday, June 27th.

Crawford arrives in Vegas for Canelo Presser

This is the second meeting of Crawford (41-0, 31 Kos) and indisputable super middleweight champion Canelo (63-2-2, 39 KOs) after a New York press conference last Sunday. Alvarez pushed Crawford in during the showdown, urging security to separate the two.

Some believe the push from Canelo corresponds to the criticism they received for having dinner with Crawford and Tulki Aralsif a few nights ago. It gave the fans the impression that these are friends, and their fight has not won just the money for sports on Netflix on September 13th.

Canelo Crawford will have to maintain the hostility among them to generate the buzz. The fact that Crawford jumps over two weight classes after a razor-closed victory over Isleer Madrimov in his debut at 154 is enough for many to see this as a mere money battle.

Benavidez Sr. predicts the inactive battle of Crawford

Jose Benavidez Sr. predicts that it will be an inactive battle, saying Crawford will “mov and move” all night to avoid colliding with Canelo. He says the fight is similar to Canelo’s clash with William Skull and Jermel Charolo.

“Crawford is a little guy. He’s climbing two divisions to fight Canelo. Do you think he’s going to go toe with Canelo?” Jose Benavides Sr. said. Fighting Hub TV. “Crawford is a good fighter, but that’s heavy for him. So he’s going to survive and try to move around.”

Benavidez Sr. is correct. Crawford stands up and doesn’t fight. Because it wasn’t his game in his career. The days he stood and brawled were opposed to slower fighters and washed fighters.
