As if backlash is installed Tesla, an American Eagle ad campaign with Sydney Sweeney, jokingly jumped in.
The carmaker, led by Elon Musk, wrote in the X-Post of Tongue on Wednesday that “our seat robots also have great jeans.” It was posted along with a video of a robotic arm performing automatic durability tests on the car seat.

We dug out the apparel company “Sydney Sweeney is Great Jeans” ad. This is said to be “a return to essential denim dressing and a beloved brand celebrating the best: make customers look and feel better with AE jeans.”
In the ad that went viral, the 27-year-old actress walks towards the AE billboard featuring her with the catchphrase “Sydney Sweeney has some amazing genes.” In the video, Sweeney wiped out the “genes” and replaced it with “jeans” before leaving.
But more and more critics have denounced the “Eurofia” star Jeans Advertising Campaignsays it has promoted racist and “regressive” themes, despite jeans’ revenues heading towards the mental health support hotline.
Some critics argue that Sweeney’s ad catchphrase promotes “eugenics moves.” The National Institutes of Health (NIH) described eugenics as “the use of selective breeding to improve humanity.”
Sidney Sweeney calls Hollywood’s “women who empower other women” message “fake”
Some people on social media say the fact that Sweeney is rubbing the wrong way the fact that she has blue eyes and blonde hair.
“It sounds like white pure dog whi. That’s why people are offensive,” one critic posted on X.
Others pushed back criticism. Piers Morgan said, “Sidney Sweeney’s engagement perfectly represents why the awakened left is so weird. They clearly call her a Nazi or a white supremacist.
As the rebound continued, the company’s stocks fell. However, the AE website also noted that the butterfly motif in the jeans’ back pocket represents a perception of domestic violence. That’s what Sweeney supports.
