The 3D printed Starbucks is set to open in South Texas
The Starbucks location at the opening of South Texas is soon considered to be the location of the franchise’s first 3D printing. Approximately 20 miles from SpaceX’s Starbase launch site, the Brownsville Texas store is made of 3D printed concrete and is a walk-up/drive-thru-only store. Reports place that cost Less than $2 million in retail space pouring around 1,400 square feet of espresso.

According to MySa.comconstruction was carried out by Lakeside Commercial Builders, a Dallas area company. The store is scheduled to open as early as April 24th.
