The new FCC president lightly pleads for “wardrobe malfunction” at Super Bowl Lix: “My only question”
Brendan Kerr will oversee his first Super Bowl as chairman of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) when Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles Square are off this Sunday Super Bowl Ricks, and He has one request: “There are no malfunctions in the wardrobe.”

“This will be my first Super Bowl as I am the chairman of the FCC,” said Kerr, who officially took over last month.
“So I ask – there’s no malfunction in my wardrobe this Sunday. That’s my only question. It ruins my night.”
Carr’s request comes more than 20 years after the infamous wardrobe malfunction Janet Jackson suffered When she was the Super Bowl headliner in 2004.

Justin Timberlake joined Jackson as a surprise guest during his halftime performance. He tore her infamous outfit and exposed her breasts to a broadcast audience of around 150 million viewers.
The game aired on CBS, resulting in a massive fallout from the network and Jackson.

The FCC received more than half a million complaints, which ultimately led to an investigation in which CBS was fined $550,000 for the incident. The penalty was later invalidated by the US Court of Appeals.
