The Texas Lottery Committee executive director resigned on Monday
Ryan Mindel, executive director of the Texas Lottery Committee, resigned on Monday, according to a media release.

“Mindel’s departure provides an opportunity to reconsider politically motivated decisions regarding lottery delivery companies and resume honest cooperation between us and TLC,” the coalition said in a statement to the Associated Press.
“I have been appointed deputy vice executive secretary of the Texas Lottery. The committee will consider the selection process for a new executive director at the next public meeting scheduled for April 29th,” said Sergio Ray, former Chief Financial Officer of the Texas Lottery Committee, in a statement.
