The wildest moment since Lorivalrow’s second murder trial in Arizona
What is called “Doomsday Mom” Lori Vallow Daybell, The person representing herself in the murder conspiracy trial of her fourth husband is rocking the court with fiery interactions during her testimony.
Prosecutors are accusing Vallow Daybell, who is conspiring with his late brother, Alex Cox. Kill her late husband, Charles Vallow, who benefited from a $1 million life insurance policy, married another man, Chad Daybell in 2019.
The Arizona trial marks nearly two years since Vallow Daybell and her current husband, Chad Daybell, were convicted and sentenced to life in prison for the 2019 murder of Vallow’s two youngest children, JJ “Vallow, 7-year-old Tylee Ryan, and 2019 Chad Daybell’s Tammy Daybell.
On the second day of the trial, witness Nancy Joe Hancock, the woman who dated Charles Vallow the night before Barrow was shot and killed, ended up in a fierce exchange with Vallow Daybell during cross-examination.

In court, Vallow Daybell asked Hancock about the date and whether Hancock knew that she and Vallow were still married.
“If he said he was married, would you date him and head out?” Vallow Daybell asked.
“If I noticed that he was still married, maybe not,” Hancock replied. “But I just met up for dinner. I hadn’t slept with him or anything.”

“Of course, are you going on a date with a married man?” prosecutors opposed, and Vallow Daybell fought back before calling her question “controversial and harassment.”
Daybell Vallow continued to question Hancock.
“So you were knowing each other about your whole date and talking about me?” Vallow Daybell asked.
“Don’t flatten yourself,” Hancock replied. “No, we didn’t spend much time talking about you.”
“Don’t flatten yourself.”
The hot exchange took the internet by storm as some reactions were shared online.
Another moment during Hancock’s cross-examination, Vallow Daybell again asks the witness whether he knows he is a “dating website and dating woman” while on a date with Charles Vallow.
The prosecution opposed the premise of speculation maintained by the judge. Vallow Daybell then reconstructed her question and asked if Charles Vallow informed Hancock of the situation that “Lori and Charles are separated.”

“He was under the impression you were cheating, so he was a natural progression in it,” Hancock replied.

Vallow Daybell then asked for more details about his communication with Hancock’s Chay Woodcock about his adoptive sister Kay Woodcock. JJ Vallow called Kay and her husband, Larry Woodcock, grandparents. After asking Hancock to explain his communication with Woodcock, Vallow Daybell suddenly cuts out a witness as he began to discuss JJ Vallow.
“I wanted to let her know that her brother had dinner with him last night and how much he loved JJ, and how excited he was to see him the next morning,” Hancock began before Vallow Daybell stopped.
“Thank you. That’s enough,” the defendant said.

The next strange exchange came between Vallow Daybell and her brother, Adam Cox. He told the ju umpire he flew to Phoenix just before Charles’ death, claiming that he went to help Charles intervene with his sister.
During cross-examination, Vallow Daybell asked many questions.
“It was you who remember that our communication was you and I was talking in the kitchen when the family was finished,” Cox said.
“So, do you think it was then in 2018?” Vallow Daybell asked.

“I think so,” replied Cox.
“And were we eating my green chili chicken enchilada?” she asked.
“And were we eating my green chili chicken enchilada?”
“I don’t remember,” replied Cox.
Vallow Daybell asked him again about not remembering it, saying, “It’s something I made every time my family got together, like 10 times a year.”

Vallow Daybell explained to True Crime Arizona that he had been “working on a five-year litigation” and that he “knows better than lawyers can learn in two years.”
“When this waives your quick trial, they can keep you here as long as you want,” Vallow said. True crime Arizona. “Here we have an intelligent, strong, beautiful woman who has been here for eight years because of the family tragedy. It’s the same in my case, not the family tragedy, crime. It’s a family tragedy, and they’re waiting for me.

During the murder of Charles Vallow, his daughter, Tyree, stood up to him with a baseball bat after hearing her screaming inside the house. Charles reportedly stolen the bat from Tyree. I told the police She is said to have tried to protect her mother and attack Cox. Cox told investigators that he fired a gun in self-defense and was not charged with Charles’ death before he died of natural causes several months later.

Vallow Daybell could face another life sentence if convicted, and could face another Arizona trial in May after a judge refused a motion to dismiss the case.
