This Final Fantasy iOS game has been shut down but you can get a refund
Square Enix, the legendary video game publisher behind the popular Final Fantasy series, It was announced on Thursday Support for the iOS version of Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicle has been discontinued. The company said the company is pulling out plugs in the game due to an unsolvable bug that prevents players from accessing additional content they have purchased.
“We cannot fully fix bugs and implement new changes. We rarely resume services for the game,” the company wrote in a statement. “We must unfortunately announce that we will end support for the iOS version of Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicle.”
The company began receiving customer complaints on January 24th, saying the game was pulled from Apple’s App Store. The company said that if they purchased games or additional content for the game since the beginning of 2024, they would qualify for a refund.

Square Enix writes that if you purchase any of these items after January 2024 and need a refund, you will need to contact us. Apple Support. The company said the game is still playable on other platforms. Android.
