This weekend, we’ll be streaming on TV: “Nonna”, Poker Face” and more.

On the TV front, this week marks the celebrity fun, celebrity-studded detective show poker face starring Natasha Lyon and a new episode of Conan O’Brien’s stupid travel series Conan O’Brien must go to Max. You can also head to Paramount Plus and pre-make the first two episodes of Rupaul’s Drag Race All Stars Season 10 this Friday.

If you’re looking for feature length, there are some great original films that arrived this week. This includes Vince Vaughn of Sentimental Comedy Nonnas, a co-star of Susan Sarandon, Linda Cardellini and Joe Manganiello, on Hulu, a comedy led by SNL’s Croin Feynman.

Vince Vaughn discovers about the new, sentimental Netflix drama de nonna about a man who honors his mother who died by opening a restaurant that serves her pleasant family recipes. Hook? All the chefs in the restaurant are Italian granny (honored Nonna), played by Susan Sarandon, Lorraine Bracco, Talia Shire and Brenda Waccaro. The film is directed by Stephen Chbosky, Joe Manganiello and Linda Cardellini closing out the cast.

For a particular generation, Judy Bloom’s novel, published in 1975, was a touchstone for adolescents and a groundbreaking book about the relationships of young adults who spoke openly and honestly about sex (it also became a target for censorship in some places). Netflix has made this young adult novel into the set of two teenagers in Los Angeles in 2018, with Keisha (Lovie Simone) and Justin (Michael Cooper Jr.) each other’s first love.

Conan O’Brien must go (May 8)

Do you want to learn about new places and cultures by watching travel shows? Then Conan O’Brien has to go isn’t a show for you. (It’s like a joke.) In O’Brien’s off-quilter travel show, he brings his indifferent comedy brands all over the world, meets fans of his podcasts and is far from the sometimes beaten paths, immersing himself in the local culture. If you know the Conan comedy, you know what to expect. The three-episode season premieres on May 8th.

RuPaul’s Drag Race All Star Season 10 (May 9)

RuPaul’s 10th season of Drag Race All-Star kicks off this week, bringing back fan favorite queens like Aja, Ginger Minge and Holgaesus. For most of this season, the Queens will compete in bracket-style competitions unlike anything they’ve seen before. The first two episodes of the new season will be dropped on Paramount Plus on Friday (you can also catch an episode of the aftershow right after each week). Find an incredible lineup of guest judges this season, including Ice Spice, Chapel Lawn, Ariana Grande, and Cynthia Eribo.

Shortly after filmmaker Leanne Johnson created the franchise knife for the hit detective film, he transformed his eyesight into a small screen to create the poker face for the detective television series. Both projects feature fun, quirky detectives and an incredible cast of ensemble, but the faces of poker have returned to murderous shows of the 1970s and ’80s. Kale is a Vegas waitress and happens to have supernatural abilities to lie, making him the perfect person for criminals and murderers who seem to chase her wherever she goes. The first three episodes of season 2 on May 8th have since debuted every Thursday.
