Three Israeli hostages handed over to the Red Cross of Gaza

Three more Israeli hostages were released by Hamas and handed over to the Red Cross during a highly choreographed scene in the Dayalborough region of Gaza.

Eli Sharabi, Ohad Ben Ami, or Levy all became captive during the attack on October 7th and were held in Gaza for 16 months.

In exchange, Israel began releasing 180 Palestinian prisoners held in Israeli prisons.

The release comes as part of the Israeli-Hamas ceasefire agreement, which came into effect on January 19th.
