Tonight: Apex Predator Jamal Charo is ready to corner the 168 pound division
Sergio Mora dismisses the idea that Giamaru Charo could get his career back on track with a comeback with Thomas Ramanna tonight in Las Vegas. Mora says former two-division world champion Charlo (33-0, 22 Kos) has been inactive for many years and is 35 years old.
Sergio says Jamal will not be able to regain his championship form from before 2021. He says one of the young “hungry” fighters will defeat him. Mora doesn’t say who the fighter plane would defeat Charlo in 168, but I think someone would.
Charlo: Apex Predator is back
I disagree. Jamal has the talent to defeat all the super middleweight fighters, including Top Guy and Canelo Alvarez. For some reason, if Terrence Crawford can get these four belts, then Jamal will be on him like a shark. That’s if Crawford is not available.
“Charlo is 35. Can he get his career back on track?” commentator Chris Mannicks said. Dazzen BoxG, talking about Jermall Charlo.
“Can you do it? Yes. He? No,” Sergio Mora said Sergio Mora about not returning to the form of Changro, who held the world title in 154 and 160.
Mora’s mildly mississing attitude towards Jermall is awkward. He has been bundling him together with past fighters who have been sitting outside the ring for years trying to come back, but he doesn’t realize he’s different. “Big” Charo has always been a beast, and is stronger and more sturdy than the Charo brothers.
Elite Power
Jamal is known for his powers and killer instincts. It is still there regardless of his four years of inactivity. I have muscle memory. So Jamal will be as strong as he was when he was active. Speed never made him great. It was his power and ruthlessness.
“So it doesn’t matter if he’s undefeated or not. He’s a two-division world champion. All the praise you mentioned earlier. Inert takes confidence. I don’t think he’ll return to championship level.”
Jermall is not knocked out by any of the “promising hungry” fighters, as there are only a few people with the talent to pose a threat. If Charlo is 90% of what’s before 2021, then Caleb Plant won’t be an issue. That fight shows how great Jamal is and he will be in demand after that victory.
The 168 pound division is open wide
If Charlo destroys the “lovers” plant in five rounds, as did against Julian “J Rock” Williams, Turki Aralsif can expect him to add him to a short list of fighters who want to win the Canelo Alvarez vs Terrence Crawford battle.
“So this is an undefeated, hungry champion with no marketability,” Mora continued of Jamal. “He and his brother (former uncontroversial junior middleweight champion Jermell Charlo) barked that “lion is the only,” which all the way to the ring. They were scary.
The 168-pound division is widely open for fighters like Jamal to win one or all of the world’s titles and govern for some time. His main competition was David Benavides and David Morell, both of which moved up to 168.
Jermall Charlo: An indisputable diamond
- Canelo Alvarez: It has declined so badly, avoided the murderer, dodged it for years.
- Diego Pacheco: The tall, bird-like appearance fighters were powerful, but were easy to hit and appeared to be rising on average against lower-level opposition.
- Christian Mili: It’s an excellent combination puncher with power, but it also has leakage protection. He gave the 35-year-old Canelo a major problem when faded. So he was one of the things that could be avoided too.
- Edgar Berlanga: Hybrid Light Heavyweight/Cruiserweight sized fighter jets can somehow discharge up to 168. With Berlanga’s size alone, he is a threat to anyone in the super middleweight division. But he doesn’t always fight with confidence. If he pushed him, as he did in the 12th round of the battle last September, he would have beaten Canelo.
- Caleb Plant: An aged boxer who never wins high-level opposition. Mirror of his smoke and plants. He is the classic definition of manufactured fighter jets. There’s nothing realistic about him. As American novelist Gertrude Stein once said many years ago,It’s not there.” A phrase describing the Calebian plant.
- Jermall Charlo: He is a diamond talent in the 168 pound division. However, unless he competes in three rounds a year, he cannot realize his potential. After Jamal erases the plants, he is also featured in Canelo’s avoidance list.
- Osleys Iglesias: He is the biggest puncher of 168, but he can’t see his career because he’s just begun. This talented southpaw, Cuba’s Iglesias, is avoidable like a plague from top fighter jets.
- Jaime Munguia: Another artificial fighter jet manufactured. He and the plants are very similar.
