Tony Busby takes a final shot with Shannon Sharp after case settlement

Tony Buzbee didn’t expect to be involved in a highly publicized case Shannon SharpBut when the chance came, he got on board.
The national television star, who was inducted into the football hall of fame, was charged with assault, sexual assault, battery and sexual battery. He was also accused of “involving a deliberate violation of emotional distress,” and his accuser was He seeks $50 million in damages.
The situation was ugly and Sharp called the allegations a “shakedown,” but he and his legal team released sexually explicit messages that the woman allegedly sent him.

The parties settled last month, and Buzby said “both sides acknowledge (d) long-term agreement and turbulent relationship.”
However, when Sharpe let go of ESPN as part of the aftermath of the case, Buzbee took another half-baked shot on his previous tight end.
“I woke up one morning and said, ‘I want to sue Shannon Sharp.’ He has nothing to do with my life.” Buzbee told Esquire. “In fact, I think he’s very funny when he screams, screams, or talks about sports that he’s not involved in. But if I think that’s a legitimate case, I’ll pursue it. And I think this is worth my time.”

Buzbee represents 20 women who accused Deshaun Watson of sexual assault, and all but one of the cases ended in settlement. Buzbee also represented the woman who accused Jay-Z and Sean “Diddy” Combs of assault when they were 13 years old. These charges have been dropped and Jay-Z is currently suing a woman and Buzbee.
Sharp accused Buzby of targeting black men, but Buzby dismissed such a concept.
“I think a lot of old people can say I’m targeting them, and I can say that a bunch of multinationals and I’m targeting them… I think I can say that I’m targeting BP,” he said regarding his lawsuit against the oil company. “If I think that’s a valid case, I’ll pursue it.”
