Treasury Scott Bescent leaves a strong two-word message in the welcome book at Ireland Airport
The US Treasury Secretary left a straight point message in the Welcome Book Shannon Airport in Ireland On Thursday, we simply leave the Trump administration’s two-word motto.

While there, Bescent signs a welcome book, writing, “America First!”
Fox Business White House correspondent Edward Lawrence took a picture of the page, but Bescent’s entry came from former Secretary of State Antony Blinken.

“For all Shannon’s friends – thank you for making me feel like I’m always home away from home,” Blinken writes, but the date at the entrance was not visible in the photo.

“This war has to end soon, and there’s too much death and destruction. The United States spends billions of dollars all over the world and shows little,” Trump wrote in the True Society.
Bescent was expected to talk to the Ukrainian president about sanctions, rare earth minerals and US funds flowing.
Vice President JD Vance also met with Zelenskyy this week, but both meetings took place before Keith Kellogg traveled to Ukraine on February 20th.

Trump was tasked with Kellogg to add a peace agreement between Ukraine and Russia to end the three-year war. Last week, Kellogg met with a representative from Ukraine at the State Department.
