That idea Middle East Peace Without a formal agreement between Israel and Palestinian authority, we cannot and cannot advance. In fact, it has exacerbated the conflict in the last 30 years and undermines US interests for the region.

Abraham Accordmediated by President Trump in 2020, providing a much more reliable solution. They provide a new paradigm for peace between all their neighbors, including Israel and the Palestinians.

President Donald Trump Clearly, it deserves the Nobel Peace Prize for breaking the paradigm of the failure of the Oslo peace process, still sanctified by a bipartisan community of legacy media and foreign policy elites, and for building a new bridge of mutually beneficial cooperation between Israel and its Arab neighbours. Those who are truly interested in Middle East peace should work to expand the circle of regional normalization and integration. In doing so, it will not only promote tolerance, understanding and growth in the Middle East, but also provide a pathway to a lasting solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

Trump puts pressure on Israel to end the Gaza conflict.

This certainly would surprise former Secretary of State John Kelly, who declared peace between Israel and the Arab world was not possible in the absence of agreement between Israel and the Palestinians. “There will not be a separate peace between Israel and the Arab world,” he declared. “No, no, no.”

Abraham’s agreement revealed the error in Kelly’s claim.

Agreement between Israel, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Morocco From green hydrogen to progressive medicine, wildlife preservation to water recycling, youth sports to pagan dialogue, people-to-people cooperation has skyrocketed in countless regions. Trade, tourism and innovation cooperation has grown rapidly.

Even at the outbreak of war, which began with Hamas’ terrorist attacks on October 7, 2023, trade continued to rise. Trade between Israel and the United Arab Emirates has increased by 843% between Israel and Bahrain and 40% between Israel and Morocco compared to 2023.

Unfortunately, despite Historical Process As four Arab countries led by President Trump joined the Abraham agreement in a matter of months, the Biden administration failed to expand the agreement, partly due to continued continued compliance with President Biden’s failed Kelly’s mistakes.

Nevertheless, despite the Biden administration unable to add additional countries, the outlook for increased peace and cooperation was seen as a serious threat to the Iranian regime, including Hamas, and its proxies of fear. This fear of Abraham Accord’s expansion was one of the motivations behind Hamas’ decision to launch an attack on Israel on October 7, 2023.

Twenty-one months after this terrorist massacre and the subsequent war, Abraham’s agreement endured. Diplomatic, strategic and trade relations between Israel and its agreement partners remain stable. In 2025, there was a continuation of high-level diplomatic conferences, including repeated visits by Israeli Foreign Minister Abu Dhabi and ratification of important bilateral agreements between Israel and its agreement partners.

Furthermore, the Abraham Agreement had a direct, positive impact on the provision of humanitarian assistance to Gaza. Israel has worked closely with the United Arab Emirates and Morocco to provide such aid, allowing coordination to be made due to the trust that has been built between Israel and its consensus partners since 2020.

Palestine authoritythat side stands at a crossroads. Its leader, Abbas, is in his 20th year of his current four-year term, oversees authorities that continue to foster instigation, failing to combat corruption or promote meaningful economic growth. In the future post-Abubas era, the PA must be decided. Does it accept Abraham’s spirit of cooperation, dialogue, and peace between people? Or have you continued to have a rejection that has not been led anywhere for the past 30 years, but are you relying on radical Palestinians on a massive international scale?

Rather than trying to outlaw President Trump’s achievements in advancing the Abrahamian agreement, Palestinians and anyone who argues that they care about Middle East peace should strengthen these historical agreements and encourage Palestinians to reject past failures. This is the path to lasting peace and prosperity in the Middle East, in line with the important US interests.
