Kane’s reputation as an offensive fighter pilot earned him the nickname “Razin Kane.”
Kane, who flew an F-16, also spent time as a top military liaison with the CIA, a Texas air force security guard and founder of a regional airline. He was a White House Fellow in the Agriculture sector and a counterterrorism specialist on the White House Homeland Security Council.
Since 2018-19, he has been the deputy commander of the inherent resolve of the Special Operations Joint Task Force-Operation, which has been fighting the Islamic State since 2014.
