Joe covers the telecommunications services sector and Argus’s selected software technology stock. In 2010 he was named #5 Stock Picker at Telecom Services in the Best On The Street Analyst Survey in the Wall Street Journal. In 2008, Joe was named the #1 stock picker for Media: Us by the Financial Times and became second in The Street Analyst Survey for Telecommunications: Fixed Line. For more than a decade, Joe worked with Technicolor Inc., where he focused on financial and legal issues. He received his Masters in Business Administration from Fordham University in New York, where he focused on finance. He received his bachelor’s degree in international affairs from George Washington University, spent three years with the Peace Corps in Targarh, Kazakhstan, developing an English Resource Center and teaching students. Joe is a CFA charter holder.
