Virginia student under investigation says due to the locker room incident

Virginia Father said Wednesday that Loudon County Public Schools (LCPS) began investigating his son and two others, questioning why biology students were in the boys’ locker room.

The boys’ lawyers founded Josh Hetzler, a lawyer for the Liberal Law Center, and said, “I want to be very clear. These boys had nothing wrong at all. What they did was ‘Why are there girls in our locker room?’ and they expressed concern.

He said school gender policies violate state law and federal policies, citing President Donald Trump’s executive order on gender identity.

“It’s a big problem for them and we’ll have to deal with it,” Hetzler told Fox & Friends. “It’s a really insane situation where people who are real victims are being punished.”

“To be absolutely clear: Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) will not investigate or discipline students based on personal opinions, thoughts or beliefs.
