WABTEC has completed the $1.7 billion acquisition of the Evidence Testing Technology Unit
WABTEC has completed the acquisition of Eiddident’s Inspection Technologies Division, a move that will significantly strengthen Digital Intelligence Business.
The $1.788 billion transaction, adjusted to approximately $1.688 billion after tax benefits, is set to expand WABTEC’s addressable market from $8 billion to an estimated $16 billion.

WABTEC plans to incorporate the financial impact of the acquisition into its full-year financial guidance during its second-quarter revenue call.
