James Barr also shared his frustration over the delay in notifications, saying, “The last thing we’ve been looking for for two weeks means he’s already been found, but it didn’t suggest that there’s something they’re looking for.”
Spain’s Guardia Civil and Policia Nacional have not commented on the incident.
