WBO #4 ranking of boots

Choosing two of those fighters for Ennis’ next few fights is ideal to prepare to challenge Vergil Ortiz Jr. for his WBC 154-lb title in 2026.

The new rankings lined up the former IBF and WBA welterweight champion “boots” (34-0, 30 KOs) to pursue the WBO junior middleweight title that is being fought between Xander Zayas and Jorge Garcia Perez this Saturday.

The top-ranked Zayas promoter is not satisfied with the news of the world boxing organization, which placed Jaron Ennis in fourth place in the 154 rankings. Top Rank is about to turn 22-year-old Xander into a star on the East Coast of the New York area. If “boots” are on the collision course, if he plays Jorge Garcia this Saturday night, if he tears that WBO title from him, they won’t be able to do it. Ennis would be too many for any of these fighters.

The easiest belt for boots

The way “Boots” saw in his final fight, destroying WBA welterweight champion Eimantas Stanionis in the sixth round on April 12th.

The WBO is the easiest belt for boots to win, as it is likely to be avoided by WBC champion Sebastian Fundora. WBA champion Terrence Crawford has not left the title despite moving to 168 and challenging Canelo Alvarez with four titles. WBA interim champion Yoenis Tellez will be promoted to full champion status.
