Will Connor Ben’s “animal” training provide early KOs for Chris Eubank Jr., as Hearn predicted?

Promoter Eddie Hearn is sure Connor Ben will win with an early knockout against middleweight Chris Eubank Jr. in the headliner for the 12th round dazn ppv 10 days, April 26th. Hearn says Ben (23-0, 14 Kos) will win because he is “a lot better” than Eubank Jr. (34-3, 25 Kos).

Eubank Jr-Benn fights in front of a massive crowd at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London. Hahn feels that Ben is about to chase Eubank Jr. quickly in the night and get a fast knockout.

Ben’s limit

Ben, 28, needs to raise his game for him to defeat Eubank Jr. From 2019 to 2022, Connor looked like the future world champion. However, since returning from his year and a half layoff in 2023, he has struggled with an impressive victory over Peter Dobson and Rodolfo Orozco. In both fights, Ben was forced to move far away.

“Connor trains like animals in every camp, but this camp is different. In this camp, he raised the notch,” promoter Eddie Hearn said. Stepping stonediscussing his fighter Connor Benn is preparing for a match against middleweight contender Chris Eubank Jr. on April 26th in London. “Are you hoping he’ll win? Absolutely.”

Because Benn’s victory over Eubank Jr. he will need more than animal training. He needs the talent and explosive strength he once had. This has disappeared since 2023. Hahn has not discussed Connor’s career plan B if he loses this fight.

Obviously, he can return to the welterweight division, but there is no guarantee of success. As he struggles with Dobson and Orozco, Ben didn’t get a chance against welterweight champion Jaron “Boots” Ennis, Brian Norman Jr. and Mario Barrios. If the focus is on getting big paydays, Hearn can arrange for him to get a world title shot. If he is defeated by Eubank JR, he will not deserve to fight for the world title, but that won’t stop him from fighting.

“I know how tough and dangerous this fight is. He comes up with (Ben) two-weight classes and can fight a much bigger guy, but he’s a guy who’s far better than him,” Connor talks about his opposition to the fight against middleweight Eubank. “That’s the reality,” the man he trains more vigorously. I think it’s the guy who wants that much more. ”

Domestic level ceiling

Ben has built-in excuses if he loses. He can blame it by raising two weight classes to fight bigger and more experienced fighters at 160. His fans are sympathetic and don’t get down that hard on him. However, if Connor chooses to continue fighting low-level opposition at 147, he is considered an invisible and domestic level fighter who is ignored and non-bulit.

“I know that Eubank will stand up for this fight. That means a lot to him, but Connor has to start this fight early and early. If he does, I believe he will win this fight with a knockout within the sixth round.

“He has people who tell him what to say and I believe he will be in form next week. It’s the noise at Tottenham Stadium. It’s epic and you know how Connor fights.
