William Zepeda: “Animal” mode activated for the Shakur Stevenson WBC Lightweight Title Clash held in New York on July 12th

William Zepeda says he will convert “to an animal” when he is in the ring, and plans to pull it out when he challenges Shakur Stephenson for the WBC lightweight title in Queens, New York on July 12th. It is the biggest fight of Zepeda’s 10-year professional career, the interim WBC 135-pound champion, and he plans to make the most of it.

Stevenson (23-0, 11 Kos) downplayed the fight and informed boxing fans that it would be in the park to face Zepeda (33-0, 27 Kos). However, given Shakur has been saying he wants to fight him over the past two years, it is clear that he recognizes this as a dangerous fight for him. Shakur knows he doesn’t have the offensive talent to suit Zepeda.

Shakur’s glass hand

That part of Stephenson’s game is missing, and his glass hands put him at an even more disadvantage. His path to victory is to try to win a decision using amateur point scoring methods. If the judges win the fight as a professional contest, Stephenson could lose as he’ll be far less weak than Zepeda in every round.

“It’s what people know me. I’m very calm. In the ring, I convert to animals,” William Zepeda said. Dozen Boxing About how he changes from a calm human outside the ring to a ferocious beast within it. “I like to trade. I love to fight.”

Zepeda is not the type of enemy Shakur is used to fighting. He feasts on low-power fighters who have been loaded with single shots throughout his entire eight-year professional career.

Zepeda’s high-punch volume offense could overwhelm Shakur, especially in the 18×18-foot ring on July 12th. It would be a shock to see his system fighting Mexican knockout artists in a small ring, and a lot of pressure is placed on him to not run.

Small ring, big problem

– Lack of power
– Low power
– Not used to fighting
– 18 feet ring

“I know it’s difficult to be a fighter who throws a lot of punches, and I know it’s difficult to beat me,” Zepeda said.

Low Punch Output Shakur will be extremely difficult to defeat Zepeda. Because even if he is healthy with two manipulation hands, he never shows the ability to throw plenty of shots as a professional.

Stephenson, 27, comes from the old Mayweather mold of throwing pot shots, moving a lot, and embracing him when the enemy approaches. It works, but it’s boring to watch. That style has worked for Shakur up until now, but his opposition was primarily a midway type fighter.

Despite winning three division world titles, Shakur has not fought against A- or elite-level fighters. The opposition he faced was people like “The Electrician,” Artem Harutyunyan, Joet Gonzalez, and Josh Padley, also known as Shuichiro Yoshino. Shakur’s record is 100% built-up fluff, indicating that he is a lab-created fighter.

Call for the Battle of Turki

Turki Aralsif’s post on social media was a signal to Shakur Stephenson and others like him that he doesn’t want a fighter who is not engaged in Riyadh’s season cards that he needs to resist their instincts to run and fight if he wants to continue being invited to his events.

Stevenson ignores Turki and sees whether he fights like he always does, or whether he listens to his message, pleases him, earning millions who are being paid out of Zepeda, who are out of Zepeda, who are out of Zepeda in his pocket. It’s the kind of battle fans will want to see from Stephenson on July 12th.
