Philadelphia Phillies The legendary John Cruk played solidly for MLB for 10 years, winning three All-Star bids over that period.
But he had no best send-off with one of them MLBA long-standing judge.
Kruk revealed during the Phillies televised on Monday night that he threatened to kill referee Brian Honora in his second match at MLB.

“I got a text message from Judson Burch,” Kirk told his partner Tom McCarthy. “Big Phillies fan. Big umpire Savant. Brian Honora has said he’s been kicking you out of the game for a long time.”
Afterwards, Krook immersed himself in his memory bank, drawing wild stories about himself with Honora and the Chicago White Sox.
“I think in the game before I retired, I threatened to kill him,” Kruk said through a terrible announcement.
Onora was in his third year as a judge when the incident with Kruk took place in 1995.

Krook’s words to Onora came from a strikeout call while facing Doug Jones at the top of the nine innings.
At the time, Krook was depressed on the plate, so his frustration boiled and he took it out to the Honora.
The first baseman and left fielder began his career San Diego Padresplayed part of four seasons with them before being dealt with the Phillies during the 1989 campaign.

Kruk spent six seasons in Philadelphia, cutting .309/.400/.461 with 62 homers, 145 doubles and 390 RBI in 744 games.
Kruk spent time with the Chicago White Sox in MLB, playing just 45 games and hit .308/.399/.390 with .789 OPS and 23 RBI.
